Steve McGarrett侦探（Alex O"Loughlin扮演）曾经是一位获得过荣誉勋章的海军军官，退役后当上了警察。为了调查父亲的谋杀案，他返回了家乡瓦胡岛（夏威夷群岛的主岛）。夏威夷州长认为Steve是个难得的人才，执意挽留他在岛上工作。她想让Steve组建一支专门负责调查重案的精英团队－－规矩由他来定，她在幕后提供支援。这支命名为「Five-0」（50）的团队不走过场，不玩花样，只要能抓住岛上最大的匪帮首领，他们就算是把天弄塌了也没事。

　在第四季的首播集中，疾病大流行已延烧数月，剧集将透过尚恩墨非的观点，阐述全球医务人员正面对的挫败感，令人喘不过气的不确定性、危险和失败。

此片由真实故事改编。讲诉一个毒贩被警察抓获，帮警察做任务来减少刑期。因为他的地域优势和才能，反犯罪集团决定任命他为卧底潜入一个威名远扬的摩托帮派——瓦格斯帮（Vagos）。在他潜入的过程中，必须经过一次又一次的伪装和打交道，才能在帮里调查出他们的底细。但在做任务的过程中，同时也在面临着危险....

CBS宣布续订《东邻西舍》第3季。

在该剧中，Nathaniel Buzolic扮演的Jimmy爱上了死党Nate（Josh Zuckerman）的老妈（Krista Allen），这让三人的关系变得异常尴尬。

Set in 1900s Vienna, the city is a hot bed of philosophy, science and art that are keenly debated in its coffee houses. Psychoanalysis, pioneered by Sigmund Freud, is capturing the city’s imagination, but is still in its infancy, and is viewed with a mixture of excitement and suspicion. Max Liebermann (Matthew Beard) is a brilliant protégé of Freud, who comes into contact with Oskar Rheinhardt (Juergen Maurer), a Detective Inspector struggling with a strange case: an unusual and disturbing murder. So it is through Rheinhardt, that Liebermann is called upon to help the police with their investigations into a series of strange murders, lending his skills of perception, forensics and his deep understanding of human behaviour and deviance.
